Like new, PSA premium AR upper. Uses a PSA upper receiver with a FN barrel. Picked this up before I found a complete FN upper. Doesn't come with the Knights Armament RAS rail. Will come with round hand guards. I believe the upper is unfired. No BCG but can include basic Charging handle.
